Hey there! Konami just dropped some exciting news—they’re hosting a Silent Hill transmission stream later this week. During this event, you’ll get a sneak peek at Silent Hill f, the game that’s making waves and proving that sometimes, less is more, even with capital letters.
Though we’ve been treated to some Silent Hill content lately, such as the impressive Silent Hill 2 Remake resulting from a collaboration between Konami and Bloober Team, it’s been quite a while since we’ve seen a new mainline installment. Silent Hill f is stepping in to fill that eerie gap.
The transmission is set for March 13 at 10 PM GMT, which translates to 3 PM PDT and 6 PM ET. As soon as the livestream goes live, we’ll update this story with the link, but your safest bet is to catch it on the official Silent Hill YouTube channel.
Regarding what to expect, Konami teased, “This Transmission will unveil SILENT HILL f,” and the game’s director, Al Yang, expressed his enthusiasm by saying, “Excited to finally be able to share what we’ve been cooking.”
For those who might need a quick catch-up, Silent Hill f was initially announced during a Silent Hill transmission back in 2022, alongside the much-talked-about Silent Hill 2 remake by Bloober. The game is developed by Neobards Entertainment, and its story is penned by Ryukishi07, known for the When They Cry visual novel series.
Our resident Silent Hill aficionado, Kelsey, found the original Silent Hill f teaser, adorned with an eerie flower hat, to be “quite fascinating and stylized.” So, if you’re into spine-chilling adventures, this is definitely something you won’t want to miss.
