This remaster breathes new life into the PlayStation 2 classic, "Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army." The supernatural action RPG has been revitalized with updated combat mechanics, improved graphics, complete voiceovers for the narrative, and various quality-of-life enhancements designed to refine the overall gameplay experience.
The story kicks off when a young heiress visits the Narumi Detective Agency with a bizarre request: she wants someone to kill her. Before an explanation can be given, she is mysteriously abducted. Raidou Kuzunoha XIV, a budding detective and Devil Summoner tasked with safeguarding the Capital, takes on the challenging case.
As Raidou delves deeper, his investigation sweeps across the city, leading him into the Dark Realm—a perilous space where the real world collides with the netherworld teeming with demons. What starts as a routine missing persons case soon unravels into a conspiracy with the potential to shake not just the Capital but the entire country.
"Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army" will be available in stores and digitally via the Nintendo eShop for both Nintendo Switch versions worldwide on June 19, 2025. Pre-orders come with a special bonus: a stylish pair of Taisho-era glasses for Raidou to wear in-game.
